Laney DB500H – High-power bass head with versatile tone shaping

The DB500H delivers 500 W RMS via a solid-state Class-D power amplifier, offering serious headroom, punchy low end, and dynamic response — suitable for rehearsal rooms, full live stages or studio work.

Dual preamp architecture for FET clarity or tube warmth (or a blend).

Featuring two selectable preamp channels — a clean FET channel and a tube-based channel — the DB500H gives you the choice of clean, defined bass or warm, drive-ready grit. You can even blend both channels using the Mix function for hybrid tones.

Comprehensive tone controls and modern I/O for stage or recording.

A 3-band EQ with selectable mid-voicing curves plus a Tilt “see-saw” control gives deep tonal sculpting — from tight lows to cutting presence. Additional features such as a balanced XLR DI output (pre/post-EQ), FX loop, headphone output, AUX input, tuner output, remote footswitch socket and Speakon/¼″ output make the DB500H a complete, gig-ready bass head for virtually any context.
