A powerful 14" LF driver paired with a 1.75" titanium diaphragm compression driver delivers 118dB maximum SPL and a full-range frequency response of 48Hz–18kHz — the kind of substantial, powerful output that would typically be expected from a much larger and heavier system. A constant directivity waveguide provides a 90° x 50° coverage pattern for consistent and even sound distribution across the audience area, and integrated FIR filter DSP with a preset library delivers precise magnitude and phase control for exceptional clarity and coherent sound reproduction rarely found in portable PA systems at any price point.

Two USB rechargeable wireless handheld microphones are included straight out of the box — a significant practical advantage over competing systems supplied with battery-powered wireless microphones, as both mics can be recharged from any USB source between uses with no disposable batteries required. A built-in media player supports both Bluetooth wireless streaming and USB playback for flexible audio source connectivity, and two XLR/1/4" combi jack inputs accommodate the wireless mic receivers, additional wired microphones, instruments and line sources alongside a 1/4" balanced input for guitar and instrument connection. A balanced XLR line output enables signal pass-through to additional speakers or recording equipment, and ±6dB bass and treble EQ controls provide quick and intuitive tone shaping from the rear panel. A high-capacity lithium battery powers cordless operation on mains or off-grid, two carry handles and a padded tour bag make transportation practical at 15.2kg, and a 35mm pole mount supports standard speaker stand deployment for elevated front-of-house use.

Discover The Wharfedale Pro EZ-PZ In More Detail...

14" Driver, FIR DSP & 118dB SPL

The EZ-PZ is built around a 14" LF driver with a 2" voice coil and a 1.75" titanium diaphragm compression driver with 1" exit, delivering 118dB maximum SPL and a frequency response reaching down to 48Hz for genuinely full-range portable PA performance with substantial bass presence. The constant directivity waveguide ensures a consistent 90° x 50° coverage pattern for even audience coverage, and integrated FIR filter DSP with a preset library provides precise magnitude and phase control for exceptional sonic accuracy and clarity — a level of signal processing sophistication rarely encountered in portable PA systems regardless of price point.

2 x USB Rechargeable Wireless Microphones

The inclusion of two USB rechargeable wireless handheld microphones sets the EZ-PZ apart from most competing portable PA systems, which typically supply battery-powered wireless microphones that require regular disposable battery replacement. The EZ-PZ's wireless microphones charge conveniently from any USB power source between uses, eliminating the ongoing cost and inconvenience of carrying spare batteries — a genuinely practical and thoughtful inclusion that makes the EZ-PZ a truly complete performance-ready system straight out of the box.

Bluetooth, USB Media Player & Versatile Connectivity

The built-in media player supports both Bluetooth wireless streaming and USB playback for flexible source connectivity, and two XLR/1/4" combi jack inputs handle the wireless mic receivers, additional wired microphones, instruments and line sources.
