The Mackie Thump12V4 is a professional 1400W powered loudspeaker delivering 129dB maximum SPL and a deep 39Hz low frequency response, making it the most capable 12" Thump loudspeaker to date and an ideal choice for musicians, DJs and live sound professionals who need powerful, clear and intelligent sound in a compact and manageable enclosure. Built around a 12" low frequency driver and 1" custom compression driver powered by a 1400W Class-D amplifier, it delivers impressive output and bass extension in a lightweight 12.5kg package. At the heart of the Thump12V4 is SoundCheck DSP™ — a digital signal processing system featuring four user-selectable voicing modes (Flat, DJ, Live and Wedge) that optimise the speaker's response for the specific application at the press of a button, making soundcheck as simple and straightforward as possible regardless of experience level.

SoundCheck DSP™ also incorporates three intelligent instant setup features that make every performance run more smoothly: a Feedback Eliminator that prevents microphone feedback automatically, Music Ducking that dims music whenever the mic is in use, and an Outdoor Mode that compensates for the acoustic differences of outdoor environments. Bluetooth streaming from smartphones and tablets works simultaneously with all analogue inputs and passes through to the XLR mix output, and two Thump12V4 speakers can be wirelessly linked for stereo, zone or dual mono playback without cables. The Thump Connect 2 app provides complete wireless control of every speaker setting and EQ parameter from anywhere in the room.
