Using a custom edge-terminated brass capsule based on the renowned CK12, the WA-14 provides exceptional balance and clarity across vocals, instruments and percussion. Its fully discrete circuit design ensures pure analogue warmth and sonic detail, making it ideal for studios and professional recording environments.

Precision Performance & Tonal Versatility

Equipped with three polar patterns—cardioid, omnidirectional and figure-8—the WA-14 offers unmatched flexibility for various recording scenarios. Whether capturing a solo vocal, a stereo room ambience or a detailed acoustic guitar, it adapts seamlessly to your setup. The onboard -10dB and -20dB pads allow for handling of high SPL sources like drums or brass with ease, while the low-cut filter helps reduce rumble and proximity effect.
