The external power supply means there is no mains transformer in the chassis, keeping the unit light and genuinely portable. The Mini InnoFADER is a serious crossfader at any price point. The Master Insert FX loop allows external effects hardware to be integrated without compromising the analogue signal path. The Xone Sound, Purely Analogue, Nothing Added — Allen & Heath Xone:24, Two-Channel DJ Mixer With VCF Filter And Mini InnoFADER

The Allen & Heath Xone:24 is a 2+1 channel all-analogue DJ mixer designed for vinyl DJs, analogue purists, and anyone who wants the core Xone signal chain in a compact, portable format. The two main channels (CH1 and CH2) accept Phono or Line sources via RCA, with high-gain low-noise RIAA preamps that deliver clean, accurate phono-level amplification and RIAA equalisation for faithful vinyl playback. A 3-band isolator EQ on each main channel — bass, mid, and high — provides precise, musical frequency control for transitions, bass swaps, and tonal shaping. The Xone VCF (Voltage Control Filter) delivers HPF and LPF modes with adjustable frequency sweep and the characteristic Xone mild-to-wild resonance control, assignable to either channel. A Mini InnoFADER crossfader with three switchable curve settings and an on/off switch handles the crossfader position. The auxiliary channel accepts Mic or Line sources via XLR/TRS combo and RCA aux inputs, with a 2-band EQ.

A Master Insert FX loop on the rear panel provides send and return connections for integrating external effects hardware — pedals, processors, or any effects unit with line-level I/O — directly into the signal path, with an on/off switch to bypass the loop cleanly. RGB chromatic channel meters provide accurate level feedback. Both 3.5mm and 6.35mm headphone outputs sit on the front panel with split cue monitoring. Main outputs are balanced XLR; booth and record outputs are unbalanced RCA. The mixer runs from an included 12VDC external power supply, which keeps the chassis light and free of transformer interference.
