The Roland CUBE-10GX is a compact and versatile 10-watt guitar amplifier with a custom-designed 8-inch speaker. It is built to the respected CUBE standard, featuring a heavy-duty cabinet and corner protectors for enhanced durability. This amp is a perfect choice for jamming, bedroom practice, and recording, offering impressive sound quality and a range of built-in features that make it highly adaptable.
Customisable Amp Tones
The CUBE-10GX comes with three preset COSM amp types: Clean, Crunch, and Lead. The true power of the amp, however, lies in its ability to be customized. Using the free CUBE KIT app, available for iOS and Android devices, you can swap out these preset amps with a variety of other tones. The app offers additional amp types, including vintage classics, ultra-heavy gain machines, and even amps for bass and acoustic-electric guitar, allowing you to tailor the amp to your exact musical needs.
Onboard Effects and Connectivity
For further tone shaping, the amplifier includes a three-band EQ with Bass, Middle, and Treble controls, along with three built-in effects: chorus, delay, and reverb. The reverb section offers both plate and spring variations. The CUBE-10GX also features a Rec Out/Phones jack for high-quality direct tones, perfect for silent practice or recording directly to a computer. Additionally, an Aux In jack allows you to jam along with an external music player.
