The BOSS GT-1000CORE is a powerful and compact guitar and bass effects processor that packs the full DSP power of the flagship GT-1000 into a pedalboard-friendly stompbox. This unit is designed to be the core of any rig, offering a complete sound processing solution for live performance, studio recording, and home practice. It features an array of premium amps and effects, an advanced signal chain, and flexible I/O to suit any setup.
Next Generation Processing
At its heart, the GT-1000CORE utilises a high-speed DSP engine to drive its 32-bit AD/DA conversion, 32-bit floating-point processing, and 96 kHz sampling rate. The pedal features BOSS’s advanced AIRD (Augmented Impulse Response Dynamics) technology, which delivers an authentic tube-amp feel and response. It includes over 140 unique amp and effect types, with the ability to use 24 simultaneous effects blocks, including two different amps, in a single patch.
Versatility for Any Rig
This compact powerhouse is as comfortable on a crowded pedalboard as it is as a standalone processor. It features dual send/return loops for integrating external effects, and its versatile I/O supports the four-cable method or separate direct feeds to a PA or recorder. The GT-1000CORE also serves as a multi-channel USB audio/MIDI interface for computer-based recording and tone editing with BOSS Tone Studio. A dedicated mode for bass guitar applications is also included, with specific preamps and effects.
