Paying homage to the iconic OC-2, first introduced in 1982, the OC-5’s Vintage mode replicates its signature mono sound while improving responsiveness with BOSS's refined tracking engine. The distinctive warm tone of the OC-2 continues to inspire guitarists and bassists, and with separate level controls for -1 and -2 octaves, as well as the direct signal, the OC-5 offers endless possibilities for crafting rich, layered tones.

Enhanced Poly Mode

The evolved Poly mode takes chordal playing to the next level, allowing octave effects to be applied across a wide range or focused solely on lower notes using the Range control. With the Range knob set to the "Lowest" position, only the bass notes in a chord are affected, making it ideal for creating octave bass lines that complement melodies or chords in higher registers. Extended Range with Octave-Up
