The NF Acoustics RA05 is a USB-C wired in-ear earphone with an MCL-6C dynamic driver and a high-performance MEMS microphone. It delivers balanced, engaging sound with clarity, natural tonality and detail, and suits music, calls, online meetings, video and mobile gaming on any device with a USB-C port.

Sound And Acoustic Design

The 6mm MCL-6C dynamic driver is paired with breathable acoustic damping for a smooth, refined sound. NF Acoustics also lists DSP customisation as a feature. Sensitivity is 102 dB/mW with a 16 ohm impedance, and the frequency response runs from 15 Hz to 30 kHz with distortion below 1%.

Calls And Connectivity

A MEMS microphone gives clear voice communication for calls and meetings. The USB-C connection is plug and play, with no batteries or charging, and it uses a 5N oxygen-free copper cable.

Comfort

Lightweight ergonomic housings give a secure, comfortable fit for extended use, with noise isolation rated at 25 dB. Four pairs of MS42 silicone ear tips, a PU storage pouch and a Velcro cable tie are supplied.

This is my second Snark Tuner, there are various versions, this one is for use at home the other is RF shielded and has rubber protection incase dropped. Both work excellent and are the best clip-on tuners I have used.
