The Allen & Heath Xone:96 is a 6+2 channel analogue DJ mixer with dual 24-channel USB soundcards, two independent headphone amplifier circuits, dual Xone VCF filters with CRUNCH harmonic distortion, and a comprehensive send/return and insert routing system designed for complex, multi-source performance rigs. The four main stereo input channels (CH1-4) accept Phono or Line via RCA, with the label VCF that can route signal to either of the two independent filter systems. Two additional stereo input channels (CH A-B) accept balanced XLR mic or 6.35mm TRS line inputs, each with an all-new 3-band parametric EQ with fully adjustable band centre frequencies — a more powerful tool than the fixed-frequency EQ found on the main channels. Main channels CH1-4 each carry the signature Xone 4-band EQ with high-mid and low-mid separated for precise tonal sculpting. All six channels can be assigned to either VCF filter.
