The Nektar SE61 offers full-size synth-action keys with velocity sensitivity, giving you expressive control for every performance. Each model provides four adjustable velocity curves and three fixed settings, allowing you to match the keyboard response to your playing style.
Performance-ready controls
Both models feature large pitch-bend and modulation wheels, delivering real-time control over sounds and effects. A rear footswitch input lets you connect a sustain pedal for piano-style play or assign it to other MIDI functions.
Hands-on control
Four function buttons and a 30 mm fader sit to the left of the keys, putting essential controls within reach. Octave and transpose buttons with multicolour LEDs let you shift range or reassign them to control MIDI channels, programs, or transport functions within your DAW.
Integrated DAW workflow
With Nektar DAW Integration, you can manage track selection, transport, and volume directly from the keyboard. Supported DAWs include Bitwig, Cubase, Logic, FL Studio, Reaper, Reason, and Studio One. If you’re using other software, the SE series works as a standard USB MIDI controller.
Simple setup and iOS support
The SE61 is USB class-compliant and require no drivers. Plug it in and start playing instantly. You can also connect it to iOS devices using Apple’s Camera Connection Kit.
Included software and learning tools
The SE61 keyboard includes Bitwig 8-Track, giving you eight tracks of audio and MIDI recording, over 50 instruments and effects, and full VST support. You also get access to 40 Melodics lessons and a fundamentals course to help develop your playing and production skills.
