The Ibanez SMMINI Super Metal Mini delivers huge, saturated distortion tones in a tiny enclosure, ideal for crowded pedalboards and compact studio rigs. It takes the classic SM-series Super Metal sound and condenses it into a mini format, giving you thick gain, rich sustain and articulate note definition without sacrificing space.
Detailed control in a mini enclosure
Despite its small footprint, the SMMINI offers five dedicated controls: Edge, Punch, Drive, Attack and Level. Together they let you sculpt everything from tight, cutting rhythm tones to dense, saturated lead sounds. Edge and Punch shape the overall EQ and low-end heft, while Drive sets the distortion intensity, Attack adds presence and clarity, and Level controls overall output.
Built for modern boards and studio setups
With 100% analogue circuitry, true bypass switching and a modest current draw, the SMMINI slots easily into guitar, bass or hybrid pedal chains. Its rugged mini chassis is ready for stage use, while the focused voicing and responsive controls make it equally suited to re-amping sessions, creative sound design and modern production workflows.
