The QTX Performer-12 is a comprehensive portable PA system designed for professional vocalists, musicians and public speakers who need a reliable, self-contained audio solution across a wide range of applications. Built into a robust moulded cabinet with an integral telescopic trolley handle and rolling wheels, it houses a 12" woofer and 1" titanium tweeter powered by a 200W class-AB amplifier, delivering a maximum SPL of 119dB with a frequency response of 55Hz–18kHz. Power options include mains, 12V DC or an internal 12V 9Ah rechargeable battery offering up to seven hours of use, making it equally suited to fixed venues and outdoor or off-grid events.

A flip-top compartment on top of the cabinet houses two rechargeable UHF wireless handheld microphones, rechargeable via USB using the included cable. The rear panel mixer section offers independent EQ and level controls, a 16-program DSP effects section with echo and reverb, a dedicated guitar input, and playback options via USB, SD card or Bluetooth — making the Performer-12 a truly versatile solution for mobile entertainers, schools, houses of worship, corporate presentations and live events.

Power & Portability

The Performer-12 has been designed with mobility firmly in mind. The robust moulded cabinet features an integral telescopic trolley handle and rolling wheels, allowing the unit to be transported easily between locations without additional equipment. Power flexibility is a key strength — the system can run from a standard mains supply, a 12V DC source, or its internal 12V 9Ah lead-acid battery, which provides between five and seven hours of use on a single charge of three to four hours. This makes it an ideal choice for outdoor events, mobile entertainers and any situation where mains power may not be readily available.

Microphones & Vocal Performance

Included with the Performer-12 are two rechargeable UHF wireless handheld microphones, operating in the 863.1–864.9MHz frequency range and stored neatly in a dedicated flip-top compartment on top of the cabinet. They can be recharged via the rear panel USB output using the supplied cable. Alternatively, two wired microphones can be connected via the combo jack/XLR sockets. Both mic channels share a 2-band EQ and are routed through the 16-program DSP effects section, which includes programmable echo and reverb parameters for a polished vocal performance.

Connectivity & Playback

The Performer-12 offers an impressive range of connectivity options to suit virtually any performance scenario. Onboard MP3 playback is available via USB flash drive or SD card, while Bluetooth allows wireless audio streaming from a smartphone or tablet. A line input via RCA or XLR accommodates external playback sources, and a dedicated jack/XLR guitar input with independent 2-band EQ and level control makes the system well suited to solo acoustic performers. The comprehensive rear panel mixer provides straightforward control over all inputs and levels.
