PreSonus Eris Studio 8 Monitor Speaker (Single) — Studio-quality monitoring with 8-inch composite woofer, tuned response, and flexible tuning controls.

The Eris Studio 8 is designed to deliver accurate, room-friendly monitoring in both project and professional studios. With a woven-composite 8″ woofer and a 1.25″ silk-dome tweeter housed in a custom EBM waveguide, it offers wide horizontal dispersion while minimizing vertical reflections from surfaces. Built for mix translation, it features acoustic tuning tools to help the speaker adapt to imperfect room setups.

High Output, Consistent Performance

Bi-amplified with 75 W for lows and 65 W for highs, the Eris Studio 8 delivers a peak SPL of 106 dB and reproduces frequencies from 35 Hz to 20 kHz. Its crossover point is set at 3.5 kHz, with protection circuitry in place to guard against overheating, transient overloads, or subsonic noise. Onboard room-tweaking tools include a high-pass filter (off / 80 / 100 Hz), a switchable Acoustic Space mode (flat / –2 / –4 dB), and shelving EQs for mid and high frequencies.

Connectivity & Usability That Works for You

The monitor includes balanced XLR and ¼″ TRS inputs, plus an unbalanced RCA input—making it versatile for interfacing with a variety of hardware. Volume, HF, and Mid EQ knobs live on the back panel, letting you tailor response on the fly. Standby mode can save power, and the robust MDF cabinet with rounded edges ensures both durability and reduced diffraction. Available now at Audio Direct.
