High-performance 48x48 Thunderbolt 2 audio interface
The Quantum 4848 features 32 line-level inputs and outputs via DB25 connectors and 16 ADAT channels for digital I/O. Add two DigiMax DP88 units via ADAT to reach full 48-channel conversion. Multiple units can be stacked to create large 192x192 I/O systems or combined with other Quantum interfaces to access PreSonus XMAX Class A preamps.
Performance
Near-zero latency ensures smooth integration of analogue processors into your DAW. High-speed Thunderbolt 2 provides reliable, low-latency performance. Cutting-edge 24-bit/192 kHz converters with 120 dB dynamic range preserve audio fidelity, while BNC word clock I/O maintains tight sync with other digital devices.
Studio Integration
Tight integration with Studio One Professional allows seamless routing, latency management, and plug-in/hardware workflow. The included Pipeline XT plug-in simplifies the use of outboard analogue gear within your DAW. UC Surface software and Studio One Remote give touch and wireless control on Mac, Windows, iPad, and Android devices.
