The PreSonus Temblor T8 is an active, downward-firing studio subwoofer designed to seamlessly complement full-range studio monitors. It delivers a fast and musically accurate transient response, extending the low-frequency range down to 30 Hz without the "tubbiness" often associated with subwoofers. It acts as a central hub for a basic monitoring setup, offering versatile I/O and integration controls like a variable lowpass filter and a defeatable highpass filter for the main outputs. It is driven by a 200W peak (100W RMS) Class AB amplifier.

  • Seamless Crossover: Includes a continuously variable lowpass filter (50 Hz to 130 Hz) for a smooth transition with main monitors.
  • System Integration Controls: Features a switchable highpass filter (80 Hz) on the full-range outputs to prevent frequency cancellation, a polarity-invert switch, and a ground-lift switch.
  • Versatile I/O: Provides balanced XLR, balanced ¼” TRS, and unbalanced RCA inputs and outputs.
