The BOSS PH-3 Phase Shifter is a compact and versatile pedal that delivers a wide range of phasing effects, from classic vintage tones to modern, unique sounds. It is designed to give guitarists and bassists a powerful tool for adding movement and a sense of depth to their sound.
Versatile Phasing Effects
The PH-3 offers a variety of phasing modes to choose from, including classic multi-stage phasers with selectable stages (4, 8, 10, and 12). It also introduces new "Rise" and "Fall" modes, which create unique, unidirectional phasing effects that add a dynamic, sweeping motion to your tone. The "Step" mode provides a rhythmic, percussive phasing effect. The pedal can be synced to a desired tempo by simply tapping the footswitch.
Intuitive Control and Connectivity
The pedal features intuitive controls, including knobs for Resonance, Depth, and Rate, along with a switch to select the effect stage. The PH-3 is equipped with an EXP/CTL jack, which allows you to connect an optional expression pedal for real-time control over the Rate, Filter, and Tempo, providing even more expressive possibilities. The pedal is powered by a 9V battery or an optional AC adaptor.
