The EHX Bass Preacher is a dedicated compressor/sustainer pedal specifically designed to meet the unique needs of bass guitar. It provides a wide range of dynamic control, from transparent levelling to intensely compressed sounds.
Engineered to handle the large dynamic range and powerful low frequencies of a bass guitar, the Bass Preacher is a versatile tool for bass players. It features fully adjustable controls for subtly enhancing or dramatically modifying the signal. The pedal can be used to achieve a consistently even sound, add more sustain, or create an aggressively squashed tone. With an input sensitivity ranging from -10 dBu to +2 dBu, it is compatible with both passive and active basses. Its compact and durable die-cast enclosure is built for the rigors of the road.
