The Blurst injects true analogue low-pass filter dynamics into a pedal format built for guitarists and bassists, using an internal LFO instead of playing dynamics to control the filter’s behaviour. Whether you’re chasing synth-style movements, pulsating rhythms or subtle tonal shifts, this pedal opens a new world of modulation.
Exploration through rhythm, shape and expression
With triangle, rising saw-tooth and falling saw-tooth waveforms on the LFO, plus a tap-tempo footswitch and rate division toggle (quarter, dotted-eighth, triplet), the Blurst allows timing that locks to your groove. Expression‐pedal or CV input further enables real-time control of filter cutoff, modulation rate or range, making this pedal adaptable to performance or studio setups.
Compact build designed for creative rigs
Housed in a board-friendly enclosure, the Blurst includes a 9.6 V DC power supply, buffer bypass and robust controls. Blend the filtered signal with dry input, adjust resonance for self-oscillation textures, or control low-end emphasis using the range control — all designed to cater to adventurous players seeking unusual — yet musical — effects.
