The Equinox Gigabar Compact Duo Bar System is a powerful, all-in-one lighting solution built for DJs, entertainers, and events, pairing two independently controllable powered T-bars in a single package designed for fast deployment and reliable, synchronised operation.

Light Output And Coverage

Each bar carries 10 x 8W quad-colour RGBW LEDs, producing a wide range of colour washes and effects through a 20-degree beam angle rated at 3237 Lux at 2 metres per par section at full output. Both bars adjust independently, allowing coverage to be angled and spread across a room or stage exactly as needed rather than committed to a single fixed throw.

Control Options

DMX operation is selectable across 1, 2, 4, 6, 9, or 12 channel modes depending on how much control a show requires, while Auto, Sound Active, and Primary/Secondary modes plus a set of built-in programs let the system run entirely standalone without a controller.

Dimming runs from 0-100% with variable strobe, and a 4-button menu with an LED digital display handles all onboard setup directly on the unit.

A 5-pin input accepts the included foot controller for hands-free operation mid-set, and both bars ship with an IR remote, backed by receivers built into the front and rear of each unit for reliable reception from any position in the room.

Linking And Synchronisation

3-pin XLR DMX in/out and PowerTwist power in/out connections allow the two bars to be linked, powered, and synchronised together, with a 10m DMX cable supplied specifically for that purpose — no separate cable purchase needed to get both units running in tandem.

Setup, Transport, And Build

The included stands adjust fully between 1.82m and 2.64m to suit different venue heights and stage layouts, and the supplied carry bags keep both bars protected in transit between bookings.

Construction is all-metal throughout, and the system is convection cooled rather than fan-cooled, keeping it silent in operation.
