A Straightforward, Versatile First Guitar From Ibanez — GIO GRX40, Candy Apple

The Ibanez GIO GRX40 is a solid-body electric guitar with a solid wood body bolted to a maple neck and a 22-fret fingerboard with dot inlays. The HSS pickup configuration — a humbucker at the bridge with single coils in the middle and neck positions, mounted in a white pickguard — provides a versatile tonal range from full, punchy humbucker tones to bright, glassy single-coil sounds. The synchronized tremolo bridge (T106 on current models) allows expressive vibrato playing while maintaining reasonable tuning stability, and the hardware is finished in chrome. Finish: Candy Apple.
