Short-Scale Comfort, Classic P/J Versatility — Ibanez Talman TMB30

The Ibanez Talman TMB30 is a short-scale, 4-string electric bass guitar with a poplar body bolted to a maple neck and a 20-fret jatoba fingerboard with white dot inlays. A Dynamix P-style split pickup in the neck position and a Dynamix J-style single coil at the bridge provide a wide, flexible tonal range, controlled via dual volume controls (one per pickup) and a single master tone knob for fast, intuitive tone-shaping. The 30" (762mm) scale length reduces string tension and hand reach compared to a standard bass, while open-gear tuners and a fixed bridge provide stable tuning.
