Despite its small size, iRig Keys 2 Mini delivers professional functionality. It features MIDI input and output for controlling external gear such as synthesizers and drum machines, while the new headphone output allows convenient monitoring even on devices without an audio jack. Connectivity And Operation

The iRig Keys 2 Mini connects directly to your mobile device or computer via the included Lightning, USB-C, or USB-A cables. It can be powered by your device, a USB wall charger, or a USB battery pack, making it ideal for mobile setups. The built-in headphone output ensures you can monitor your sound clearly in any environment.

Use the onboard controls – including octave, program, and volume buttons, plus 4 assignable knobs – to fine-tune your performance. The “Set” button allows you to save and recall custom setups instantly, and an Edit mode lets you transpose keys, change MIDI channels, or adjust touch sensitivity with ease.

Creative Control And Customisation

Despite its small footprint, the iRig Keys 2 Mini offers extensive control options. You can map the 4 assignable knobs to any parameter within your software or hardware setup, making it simple to adjust filters, modulation, or effects in real time. Its streamlined design skips the pitch and mod wheels but keeps all essential performance features, giving you a truly portable yet flexible controller.
