The JTS E-6 Aerobics Package is a complete wireless microphone system built specifically for fitness instruction and other high-humidity, high-movement applications, combining the JTS E-6 UHF PLL diversity receiver, the E-6TB bodypack transmitter, and the CM-304SP sweat-proof aerobics headset microphone. The system operates on licence-free Channel 70 (863-865MHz), with 16 selectable preset UHF channels allowing straightforward frequency selection and coordination with other nearby wireless systems.

Integration and Connectivity

The E-6 receiver uses diversity technology to prevent RF dropouts, with PLL synthesized tuning, noise mute, and pilot tone squelch for a clean, reliable signal. It provides both balanced XLR and unbalanced 6.3mm outputs in a compact half-rack space housing, making it straightforward to integrate into an existing PA or sound system. The E-6TB bodypack transmitter uses the same PLL synthesized tuning across its 16 selectable channels, housed in a robust, heavy-duty plastic casing built for everyday on-stage and instructional use, with an LED display and mini 4-pin XLR microphone connector. RF output is 10mW with a frequency deviation of ±48kHz, and the unit runs from 2 x AA batteries.

The CM-304SP headset microphone is the component that makes this package specifically an "aerobics" system rather than a general-purpose wireless headset. Its omnidirectional pickup pattern captures voice effectively regardless of head movement, and its housing and full construction are sweat-proof throughout, keeping the microphone reliable through sustained perspiration exposure during a fitness class or extended physical activity — conditions that would degrade a standard headset microphone over time.
