The NUX B-11 Pro Wireless System is a dedicated wireless instrument system designed specifically for violin and viola, replacing a traditional wired pickup connection with 2.4GHz wireless transmission at 24-bit/48kHz resolution. Latency is as low as 3.6ms in Low Latency mode, with Default (6.1ms) and Stable (9.9ms) modes selectable depending on the surrounding wireless environment, and operating range extends to 50 metres (165 feet). NUX's Pro Series anti-interference technology combines intelligent frequency hopping, 1MHz narrowband transmission, Audio Zip/Unzip compression, six stability levels, and a true-diversity dual-antenna design, automatically selecting the cleanest available channel to maintain a stable, clear signal even in environments crowded with other wireless devices.

Integrated Effects and EQ

A built-in reverb effect provides professional-grade Room, Hall, or Plate reverb, activated with a single button press on the transmitter and adjustable in detail through the receiver's menu. The B-11 Pro includes 10 EQ presets plus 2 customisable settings tailored specifically for violin and viola, covering Classical, Modern, Warm, and Custom tonal styles, switchable instantly at the press of a button. The included cardioid condenser instrument microphone captures a natural, full-bodied tone, mounted in a newly designed shock-absorbing housing that reduces vibration noise while keeping the microphone assembly compact and light. The transmitter attaches magnetically to a dedicated mount fixed to the edge of the instrument body, allowing quick removal for charging or storage during performance breaks — separate mounts are included for both violin and viola.

Battery Powered

Both transmitter and receiver run from high-capacity lithium batteries, with the transmitter providing up to 6.5 hours of playing time and the receiver up to 11 hours; the transmitter can be placed directly on top of the receiver to charge during breaks. A configurable footswitch supports Boost, Mute, Tuner, S/R Bypass, and Reverb functions via short or long press, set up through the receiver's menu. A carry case is included for transport and storage.
