Description
Professional UHF True Diversity Wireless Handheld Microphone System With Cardioid Capsule, Auto Frequency Scan & LCD Display – Q-Audio QWM 1960 V3 HH.
The Q-Audio QWM 1960 V3 HH is a professional UHF true diversity wireless handheld microphone system designed to deliver clear, reliable sound for live performances, conferences, houses of worship, public speaking and events of all kinds. Built with true diversity technology for stable reception and reduced risk of dropouts and interference, the durable handheld transmitter features a high-quality cardioid capsule for accurate vocal pickup while minimising background noise, alongside a metal grille and housing for long-term reliability in demanding live environments. An integrated LCD display provides real-time monitoring of battery status, frequency and channel settings, and an on/off/mute switch allows easy control during use without reaching for the receiver.
IR sync enables fast and accurate transmitter-receiver pairing, and an auto frequency scan function identifies the clearest available channel for interference-free operation in busy RF environments. Operating on licence-free Channel 70 (863–865MHz) or licensed Channel 38 (606–614MHz), the QWM 1960 V3 HH delivers a 96dB dynamic range, less than 0.1% distortion and a 30Hz–20kHz frequency response for professional-grade audio quality across any application. The receiver provides two balanced XLR outputs and one unbalanced 6.3mm jack output, and each transmitter delivers over 5 hours of operation from two AA batteries — included in the box alongside the power adapter.
True Diversity, Auto Frequency Scan & LCD Display
The QWM 1960 V3 HH's UHF true diversity technology maintains stable and consistent reception by using two independent receiver circuits, significantly reducing the risk of dropouts and interference in demanding RF environments. The auto frequency scan function automatically identifies and locks onto the clearest available channel, making setup fast and reliable even where multiple wireless systems are operating simultaneously. The integrated LCD display on the handheld transmitter provides clear real-time visibility of all key parameters during use, and IR sync ensures fast and accurate pairing between transmitter and receiver.
Cardioid Capsule & Durable Construction
The high-quality cardioid capsule delivers accurate and focused vocal pickup while rejecting off-axis background noise — providing clear, natural and intelligible audio reproduction across live performance, conference and public speaking applications. The durable metal grille and housing are built to withstand the demands of regular gigging, events and touring use, and the on/off/mute switch on the transmitter body provides convenient control during use without the need to access the receiver.
Licence-Free & Licensed Operation With Professional Connectivity
Operating on UK-approved UHF frequencies, the QWM 1960 V3 HH is suitable for licence-free use on Channel 70 (863–865MHz) for straightforward small to medium-scale deployment, and licensed operation on Channel 38 (606–614MHz) for larger setups requiring additional RF bandwidth. The receiver provides two balanced XLR outputs and one unbalanced 6.3mm jack output for flexible integration into mixers, PA systems and recording equipment, with RF and AF indicators for real-time signal monitoring during use.
