The Vox AC MINI is a compact 10W practice amp that brings the look, sound and feel of Vox's AC series into a size that fits on a desk or shelf. It runs an all-analog circuit designed by the team behind the AC Hand Wired range, with digital reverb, a Boost switch, an aux input and a headphone output.
Analog Dynamic Response Circuit
The VOX Dynamic Response Circuit delivers natural compression, rich harmonics and the dynamic feel of a classic tube amp. It responds to your guitar's volume control and pick attack, cleaning up when you roll back and pushing harder when you dig in. It works equally well with single coils and humbuckers.
Reverb Voiced Like A Spring Tank
The digital reverb was developed specifically for the AC MINI. It was tuned to bring the warmth and subtle movement of a classic spring reverb to a compact amp, adding depth and sustain.
Boost Switch
The onboard BOOST switch pushes the preamp into overdrive when you need more gain and sustain, adding presence and harmonic overtones.
Cabinet And Speaker
The MDF cabinet has a bass reflex design tuned to improve low end response while keeping the overall sound balanced. The result is more body and resonance than you would expect from a 3" speaker.
Simple Controls, Classic Looks
The control panel is kept simple, in the style of classic VOX amps, so there is no menu diving. The AC MINI has the traditional split front design, diamond grille cloth and gold VOX logo. An aux input and a headphone output allow you to play along with backing tracks or practise quietly.
